Ecobonus 50% replacement of fixtures Vallecamonica (Brescia)
Do you want to replace the fixtures? With the Ecobonus 50% you can get a 50% deduction of the expenses incurred in the 10 years following the intervention on the property.
What is the ECOBONUS 50%?
According to law 296 of 2006, interventions for improving energy efficiency benefit from significant tax incentives, both when carried out on individual housing units and when concerning work on common parts of condominium buildings.
The replacement of fixtures is subject to the ECOBONUS 50%, a tax incentive that consists of a 50% deduction of the expenses incurred in the 10 years following the intervention on the property, up to a maximum of 60,000 euros per property unit.
The tax benefits for works on real estate do not end with the Irpef deduction. Significant other incentives have indeed been introduced over the years. Among these, for example, the possibility of paying VAT at a reduced rate and the ability to deduct the interest paid on loans taken out to renovate the main residence.
Requirements to benefit from the ECOBONUS 50%? To be eligible for the deduction, certain requirements must be met:
- Perform energy efficiency improvement works on the existing residence, which can be the primary home, a second home, a condominium, an office, etc.
- Improve energy efficiency through windows with thermal transmittance that meet certain limits imposed by various climatic zones (e.g., Lombardy: climate zone E = 1.4W/m2K, climate zone F = 1.0W/m2K)
- Carry out the work that consists of replacing windows: windows, French doors, armored doors, shutters, or shading systems such as blinds and rolling shutters
Note: It is necessary to install high-quality certified fixtures that are installed by qualified installers such as the teams from Fines3.
